Chu Chu Train

All aboard! Take a ride with my little train. It's room for everyone.
I made a locomotive from green felt with red, blue, yellow details.

Here is the locomotive.

Do your kids love the trains and the locomotives?

Hmmm.... I can use it for a banner with a name. Or as a toy. My 6 years daughter said: Love it. I believe her. :)

Have a nice experience in your daily train.

Easter Felt Quiet Book

Ready for Easter? I do. I sew a bunny and some eggs. This is my Easter book for kindergarten and preschool. Like it?

I made 5 colorful manipulative eggs that your kids can move on their colors and put back in the basket. Ready for playing? You can count, tell the colors, sing a silly song, invent a short story, teach about in and out, up and down. The bunny finger puppet can help you to make all these things with your kids.

Another book of mine is the Bunny's Garden. It has 10 carrots on a bow and a bunny finger puppet. make addition and subtraction. Talk about what plants grow in a garden, what is the bunny food, tell a story, sing a song, count and play. You can move the carrots on the bow - this is the funniest part for kids.

Count from 1 to 10: 1 sun, 2 clouds, 3 cabbages, 4 flowers, 5 spots on the mushroom, 6 leaves, 7, 8, 9, 10 carrots. Play I spy ...

Happy Easter.

Minnie Mouse Crochet Bag

I made it. A Minnie Mouse crochet bag for my daughter and for other little girls. It's a project for intermediate crocheters.

My finished bag is 6.29 x 4.33 inches (16 x 11 cm). My finished handle is 39.37 inches (100 cm).

I used Red Heart Detroit red, white and black yarn.

My written pattern has step by step instruction and pictures.

You can attach a bow. And you can use pink yarn instead of red.

You can buy the pattern in My Ravelry Store

If you need help with something, leave a comment.

Happy crocheting.

Ducks In A Row - felt board

A game is funnier if it has detachable colorful pieces. Because the kids love the colors, love to move the pieces, to keep them in their little hands, to feel and even to smell and taste. :)
I designed this felt board with all these ideas in my minds. I love the song Five Little Ducks Went Swimming One Day ... and the counting is fun.

The board looks like a pond with water, lily pads, waves and rush.

Size for felt board:11.40 x 7.87 inches (29x20 cm); size for pieces - between 0.80 and 2.50 inches (2 and 7 cm). The pieces and the board are made from wool and acrylic blend felt. The board has two ribbons that you can hang on the wall and the ducks have Velcro on the back.

This is a dragon fly. I didn't sew the wings to seem more real.

The ducks have Velcro on the back so you can play with them in different ways.

1.Sing the song with your kid
2.Lear the numbers and count the ducks
3.Tell a story about ducks and their family
4.Play "I spy..." and search for clouds, waterlilies, butterfly and dragonfly
5.Use the board as decor in the nursery room
6.Give it as present
7.Use in your classroom

If you like my board and if you think is useful for your kids, you can buy it in My Etsy Store

Mickey Mouse Name Banner

Hello Mickey. Hello Mouse. Mickey ... Mice banner for a boy.

His name is Preston. I don't know the boy, but I think it's a baby boy. His mother wanted 2 mice for his banner.

I made colorful letters for the name.

I made it from soft and colorful felt, to be bright and cheerful in your boy's room. The letters and the mice have 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) in height and the whole banner is almost 30 inches in length (means 75 cm).

I attached heart shaped beads on each letter.

You can use the banner in your kids room or at their birthday parties.

The mice hide the place where you hang on the banner on the wall.
