Dog ornaments from felt

Dog ornaments - I made them for a special puppy of a friend. I searched for some puppy symbols and I decided to sew a paw and a bone, besides his name.

I chose red and white colors because my friend loves them and they are perfect for Christmas.

Do you have a puppy? I think these dog ornaments can be used as Christmas tree decorations or as a tag gift. Imagine them attached to a present box for a dog lover!

Polar bear - a custom toy

According to this girl's drawing, this is a polar bear. How can I made it a toy, I asked myself. It was not so easy. The drawing has a lots of details and I had to sew it piece by piece, by hand. But the result ...

I used colorful and soft felt. It is filled with anti bacterial polyester.

Some of the details are embroidered. Other are small felt pieces sew together.

I think it will be a nice present. A custom toy has something special, it is unique. Probably sometimes it is a strange toy, because kids' drawings are so creative! But more than that, it is a special toy and definitely  it brings joy.

Purple unicorn made after a drawing

The reality is that we don't know what color is an unicorn. Perhaps they are white. Or even purple.
I think purple (besides pink) is a very lovely color and the little girls like it very much.

A purple unicorn is unique

Here it is another unicorn. A purple unicorn. And a personalized one, because it is made after a girl's drawing. It was a difficult toy to make. It has lots of details, lots of colors. I sew all the little pieces by hands, one by one. 

I like how it turns out. I like the bows. And the rainbow from the tail.

A personalized unicorn toy made after a drawing

Every little girl loves the unicorns. I received a request to make one as in a drawing. Here it is.

I used black felt for this personalized unicorn and other colors felt for the details. It is stuffed with anti bacterial polyester. 

I think she will be very happy to see it. The unicorns are magical creatures. This toy can be a great custom toy for a girl, but it can be a memory toy for a mom or for a grandmother too. Cross stitch heart ornament

I have wanted to make something different. I sew an aida piece on a felt heart. The monogram is cross stitched. I used them as Christmas tree ornaments or as a tag gift.

Embroidery hearts ornaments

Embroidery herats ornaments. Everybody wants a personalized ornaments. For Christmas or for other holiday, as tag gift or just as a present.

I made the hearts from eco friendly felt. They have anti bacterial poli filling inside and a ribbon to hang on it on the wall, or in a tree.

Crochet cowl pattern

This is a project for beginners: a crochet cowl. I made it using one single Phil Flocon Phidar skein, blush color and  no 7 hook. You can finish it in one or two hours, depending on your skills. It can be a great gift for a mom, a grandmother, for your daughter and a nice Christmas present for a friend.

R1 - chain 25 stitches, turn

R2 - double crochet in the third stitch from the hook - this will be your first stitch, double crochet in every single stitch from the chain, ch 1, turn

R3 - R24 - double crochet in each stitch, ch 1, turn.

For finish it, just put together the both ends and make slip stitch. Try to crochet with very large stitches to make a fluffy and cozy cowl.

It will have a cozy crochet cowl in no time.
